Environmental considerations

We ensure that any threats of pollution or excessive use of natural resources through our daily activities are identified and either eliminated or effectively controlled. We identify aspects that may have an impact on the environment and reduce these negative effects, e.g. by reducing our waste to landfill sites.

Various waste streams at Pharmaceutical Enterprises Manufacturing are effectively managed and controlled through our personnel and waste disposal subcontractors. Employees of PEM have the opportunity to be involved and trained on all aspects of environmental consideration.

Our Environmental Management System is in line with ISO 14001 requirements.
