Blister Packing

From humble beginnings in 2001 using small format size Uhlman blister packing equipment to our current offerings of two high output IMA/PG Rotovacs, we have become a reliable outsource partner for all our customer’s blister packing requirements.

The two Rotovac blister machines are each housed in their own primary packing rooms adjacent to the secondary packing area. These rooms have carefully controlled temperature and humidity conditions and are supplied with HEPA filtered air.

Each blister machine is capable of producing over 2000 blisters per hour and a wide range of substrate can be processed. The facility can blister a range of capsule and tablet sizes in blisters formats of 10, 15 and 20. The support and very competitive pricing we receive from IMA/PG, the machine supplier, enables us to meet the needs of our customer requirements when new products or formats are required.
