Liquid Filling

The requirement to expand our offering arose out of our success as an outsource partner for the packing of blisters and containers and with a major facility upgrade in 2010, we are now able to offer our customers a liquid packing facility.

Our dedicated liquid filling line is situated in its own primary packing room. The room has carefully controlled temperature and humidity conditions and is supplied with HEPA filtered air. The line is capable of packing 6 000 to 10 000 units per day. Liquid bulk may be filtered, bottled, capped and labelled in one streamlined operation. Fill volumes of 5ml to 500ml, using glass or plastic, are routinely packed.

The labelling and insertion of the bottle into the carton, if required, all occur in an adjacent secondary packing area. We are pleased and proud to offer our customer the wealth of experience we have, the capability of small or large production runs, high quality products and dependable service levels.
